About Us
Principal Exercise Physiologist, Chris has a close family member living with an acquired brain injury for over 30 years.
He has seen first-hand the impact that her disability has not only on her quality of life, but also on the rest of the family. This means that he has also seen the benefits that Exercise Physiology brings to her and the rest of her family.
This personal and hands-on experience has reinforced the importance of being able to access reliable, flexible and personalised service delivery.
Through first hand experience, Chris has seen exactly how powerful and positive Exercise Physiology can be for people living with disability, and their families.
Mobile and Flexible
Enable You EP provides a mobile based exercise physiology service. This means that we come to you, always.
We understand that travel and transport are often difficult and costly for people with a disability and we don’t want this to be a reason that you aren’t given the best chance at health, life and fitness.
We will arrange our session locations with you at a location that suits you best. Whether it be your home, a nearby gym, a local park or community centre, we will be there.

We understand the challenges that are unique to people living with a disability. We know transport and communication can often be difficult and we know that your schedule can be busy and filled with multiple appointments and commitments.
Because of this we endeavour to provide as many available appointment times as possible. This is why we don’t limit appointments to normal business hours and work within your schedule to make life easier for you.

Exclusive to the NDIS
Unlike most other providers, we operate exclusively within the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
For participants, this means that we have an in depth understanding of the challenges that can come with being involved in the NDIS. It also means that we understand how to best achieve your goals and how to navigate the complexity of funding and plan management.
For support coordinators and plan managers, we make your life easier through timely communication and reporting as well as up to date paperwork and efficient invoicing. We understand the work you put in to assist with plan coordination and management, therefore we understand how to make your job easier.
