We provide a specialised, mobile Exercise Physiology service.  Our Exercise Physiologists are on the road and able to meet you at your preferred location.  We have a comprehensive catalogue of equipment that we are able to bring with us to ensure that you are able to engage in meaningful, appropriate and safe exercise.

 

At present we are currently servicing all areas of Sydney, the Illawarra region and the Southern Highlands.

We will arrange a location that suits you best so that you are able to exercise where it is convenient for you.  Whether it be your home, a nearby gym, a local park or community centre, we will be there.
